Bio:

Dr. Abbie Weeks received her BS in Biomedical Engineering from Mercer University in 2018 and her Ph.D. In Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2025 º£½ÇÇé. Her research interests include ultrasound imaging, medical signal processing, and image guidance. Dr. Weeks is a Research Scientist and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt University. She also serves as the Associate Director of Lab Operations and Industry Partnerships for the Vanderbilt Institute for Surgery and Engineering, working to accelerate research development and technology translation from benchtop to marketplace by building and sustaining industry collaborations.
