What is the Live. Learn. Lead. Academy?
The Live. Learn. Lead. Academy is a year-long leadership program that immerses Vanderbilt undergraduates in real-world experiences and supports Immersion Vanderbilt. Through a small cohort model, students build leadership skills, collaborate across disciplines, and form strong community networks.
The academy has shown me that leadership isn't a role, title, or huge gesture, but rather about showing up with consistency, commitment, and compassion.
